Tesla’s vehicles aren’t available at dealerships across the country. The company sets prices and there’s no bargaining involved to negotiate the costs. Galleries are available to get information on car models, but the vehicles aren’t available for test drives. Any ordering is done online through the company website.

Although electric car models are not very new to the automobile industry, Tesla is a standout because of its extraordinary battery capabilities. Tesla’s cars are able to get from zero to sixty miles per hour in three seconds and have a battery charging range of 270 miles.

Free Charging

You may have noticed Tesla powering stations in your cities or neighborhoods. Unlike gas stations, there’s no reason to bring your wallet along. Charging is completely free and usually only takes a maximum of 30 minutes.

Limitations in States

Although charging stations are beginning to pop up in hundreds of locations throughout the United States, the stations are limited in certain areas. Arkansas, North Dakota, and Mississippi have very few to no Tesla powering stations for drivers. Tesla  provides driving maps to help their car owners safely plot out their road trips.

Self-Adjusting Suspension

Another fact you may not know about Tesla Motors is that the cars remember those pothole-filled roads you have traveled down. Tesla’s Model S has the ability to lift the suspension when you’re driving down rough terrain.

Little to No Maintenance

Don’t worry about taking you car in for maintenance every month or so when you own a Tesla. The only parts that need regular replacing are the wipers and the tires. Fluids, brake pads, filters, fan belts, and other traditional motor parts aren’t found within the Tesla vehicles.
